Have you been living in survival mode for so long that you barely remember what it feels like to truly be yourself?

What if you were never broken?

What if you simply learned how to survive and forgot how to stay connected to yourself?

Coming Back Home to You is a 3-day guided conversation where we explore the journey from survival mode back to self-love.

Through honest conversation, reflection, and community, you’ll begin reconnecting with the part of you that has always been whole.

Because sometimes the most powerful transformation doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, it comes from remembering who we were before we learned to abandon ourselves.

You have spent so long living in survival mode.

You learn to be strong.
You learn to push through.
You learn to take care of everyone else.

But somewhere along the way, you slowly lost connection with yourself.

You start ignoring your own needs.
You silence your feelings.

You become an expert at coping, performing, and holding everything together on the outside, even when you feel exhausted or lost on the inside.

This could show up as anxiety.

It could look like depression, numbness, or the constant feeling that something is missing.

You may even wonder, “Why does loving myself feel so hard?”

The truth is, nothing is wrong with you.

You simply learned to survive environments, expectations, and experiences that required us to leave parts of yourself behind.

But when survival mode becomes the norm, it can leave you feeling disconnected from who you truly are.

And without realizing it, you begin believing that something about you needs to be fixed.

But what if the path forward isn’t about fixing yourself?

What if the path forward is about remembering yourself?

Coming Back Home to You is not a traditional workshop.

It’s a space.

A space where you slow down long enough to talk honestly about survival mode, self-love, and what it means to reconnect with yourself.

Over three days, you gather together for guided conversation, reflection, and gentle practices that help you begin rebuilding a compassionate relationship with yourself.

Each session begins with me sharing a part of my own story, the journey from depression and survival mode back to self-love.

From there, the space opens into conversation.

You’ll have the opportunity to reflect, share if you feel called to, and hear the stories of others who are also learning what it means to choose themselves.

This is not about fixing yourself or forcing change.

It’s about creating a space where something powerful can happen naturally.

When in that space, you begin to remember who you are beneath survival mode.

And, from that remembering, self-love becomes possible again.

About Me

Hello, I’m Rei.

I’m a Self-Love Coach, Reiki Master, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to live in survival mode.

There was a time in my life when depression felt like the defining experience of who I was. On the outside, I appeared successful and accomplished. I had built a career as a lawyer and followed the path that many people believed would lead to happiness.

But inside, I was struggling deeply.

For years, I believed something about me was fundamentally broken.

I tried to push through, achieve more, and prove my worth in every way I could.

Eventually, I realized something important, I wasn’t broken.

I had simply learned how to survive.

The journey back to myself didn’t happen overnight. It happened slowly, through moments of compassion, reflection, healing, and learning how to stay with myself instead of abandoning myself.

That journey eventually led me to the work I do today, helping others rediscover the self-love that was always within them.

As a Reiki Master and Self-Love Coach, I’ve had the privilege of holding space for people as they reconnect with themselves, release shame around their survival strategies, and begin building a more compassionate relationship with who they are.

Coming Back Home to You was created because I believe something deeply: you were never broken.

Sometimes we just need a space where it’s safe enough to remember who we’ve always been.

Who is this for?

This space is for you if:

You’ve been living in survival mode for a long time: always pushing through, holding it together, or taking care of everyone else.

You feel disconnected from yourself: like you’ve lost touch with who you are underneath everything you’ve been carrying.

You struggle with self-love or self-compassion and don’t always know how to be gentle with yourself.

You feel a quiet sense that there must be another way to live, one that feels more connected, more honest, and more like you.

And most importantly…

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

If something in you is simply ready to begin coming back home to yourself, you belong in this space.

You don’t have to rush this process.

If something in you is beginning to soften, open, or come back to life…

You’re welcome to stay.

Love, Rei

I want you to know that your Self-Love Immersion was really helpful and I know from NLL that you have the wisdom and heart to lead others to self-love. I got to watch only a few days but it helped me remember self-love. The session you had Libby and Mayumi were the ones that I got to watch fully. It helped me a lot to hear words of wisdom from you and guest speakers and exercises that helped me remember self-love. My heart felt full with love and compassion and the heart chakra session really helped. I feel like the accumulation of what I went through in 2023 and wrapping with the 2 sessions from your Immersion really helped me remember my commitment to self-love. I am so grateful you tried your best to make the Immersion sessions possible.

Rachelle is truly a deeply intuitive Channel and Reiki Master. Her light language is powerful and her devotion to love on this planet, and the path of self-love is truly inspiring, awe-awakening and life-changing. As a speaker I felt so honored to be apart of this experience and to be able to share my voice, and as a participant I continually love being the student where I gain more knowledge and reverence for Spirit. A big heartfelt thank you to all the Speakers and to the Host Rachelle Rei.

Amber

I heard about the event through my friend's email newsletter, Ross Marshall. I have been feeling forced into change by several things beyond my control and thusly feeling anxious and a touch depressed. When I saw this event was happening AND free, I knew I had to see what it was about. I'd even say I felt called to it. Rei is a great facilitator and someone I feel compelled to listen and learn from as they shared their personal story throughout, making the content relatable and less inscrutable. The guests also did a wonderful job sharing their stories and skills. I wanted to attend all of the live sessions, but was grateful for the replays. Coming out of the event, I feel like I have a new pep in my step and language for where I am in this season. Light and love to you, Rei!
