Love at the Threshold

An 18-Week Guided Transition from Survival Mode to Thriving Mode

A structured, supportive journey for people who feel stuck between who they were, who they’re becoming, and are ready to learn how to play the game of life differently.

No one ever taught you how to play the game of life, they just expected you to survive it.

What if you’re not broken, you were just playing on Survival Mode too long?

You don’t need more discipline.

You need a different mode.

You stay busy, reactionary, and functional but disconnected.

You’re constantly reacting instead of choosing.

You overthink decisions, second-guess yourself, or freeze when it’s time to move forward.

Life starts to feel like an open-world game with:

  • No clear questline

  • Too many side missions

  • Constant background threats (anxiety, self-criticism, fear of messing up)

  • And no save point where it actually feels safe to rest

So you cope.

You distract.

You retreat into things that feel familiar like video games or fictional worlds, not because you’re lazy, but because real life feels overwhelming and unclear.

During times of transition, career shifts, identity changes, grief, burnout, or “I don’t know who I am anymore” moments, Survival Mode ramps up even more.

And the longer you stay there, the harder it becomes to imagine thriving as something that’s actually possible.

You don’t realize you’re living in Survival Mode, you just know you’re exhausted.

Love at the Threshold is where you learn how to stop surviving life and start playing it intentionally.

This 18-week guided experience teaches you how to recognize Survival Mode in real time and switch into Thriving Mode without forcing, bypassing, or burning yourself out.

Think of it as learning:

  • The mechanics of your nervous system

  • The rules of sustainable momentum

  • The difference between pushing through and playing wisely

  • How to lower the difficulty setting when life feels relentless

Instead of “fixing” yourself, you learn how to:

  • Pause the game instead of panicking

  • Regulate your internal state so decisions become clearer

  • Build self-trust as a skill, not a personality trait

  • Move forward without fighting yourself the whole way

The tools I use, including grounded energy-based practices, coaching, and nervous system support, are applied practically. No belief system required.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s presence.

Choice.

And learning how to stay in the game without losing yourself.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Rei and I didn’t learn how to play the game of life in Thriving Mode either.

For years, I was high-functioning, accomplished, and quietly exhausted. I knew how to push, perform, and survive but not how to rest without guilt or trust myself without external validation.

Every major transition felt destabilizing.
Every pause felt unsafe.
And “thriving” sounded nice but vague.

What changed wasn’t trying harder, it was learning how my system actually works.

Through my own healing, training as a Self-Love Coach and Reiki Master, and years of guiding clients through identity shifts and life transitions, I realized something:

Most people don’t need motivation. They need a safer way to move forward.

Love at the Threshold was created for the moments when life feels like it’s between chapters, when the old strategies stop working, but the new ones haven’t unlocked yet.

This isn’t about bypassing difficulty.

It’s about learning how to navigate it without self-abandonment.

The Love at the Threshold Journey

PHASE 1: Unraveling — Exiting Auto-Pilot (Weeks 1–3)

Recognizing Survival Mode & slowing the game down

Most people don’t realize how long they’ve been running on automatic.

In this phase, you’ll:

  • Identify where you’re stuck in survival patterns

  • Name what you’re carrying that no longer fits

  • Learn how to pause without guilt or panic

  • Build emotional awareness without overwhelm

Outcome:
You stop forcing progress and start playing with awareness.

PHASE 2: Clearing — Reducing Internal Threat Levels (Weeks 4–6)

Letting go of what keeps triggering fight, flight, or freeze

Here, we focus on what’s draining your energy and attention.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Release emotional buildup safely

  • Work with fear, resentment, and self-criticism

  • Practice forgiveness as a nervous-system skill (not a moral demand)

  • Create more internal space and steadiness

Outcome:
The game feels less hostile. Your system starts to relax.

PHASE 3: Witnessing — Learning to Stay Present (Weeks 7–9)

Being supported while you’re “between levels”

Transitions are hard because we’re rarely taught how to stay with ourselves during uncertainty.

In this phase, you’ll:

  • Practice being seen without performing

  • Build emotional resilience through reflection and connection

  • Learn how to self-validate instead of seeking constant external reassurance

  • Strengthen your ability to stay grounded in the unknown

Outcome:
You stop disappearing when things feel unclear.

PHASE 4: Crossing — Closing the Old Save File (Weeks 10–12)

Letting go of an outdated identity

This phase marks a turning point.

You’ll:

  • Acknowledge who you’ve been, without clinging or rejecting

  • Consciously release an old role, pattern, or identity

  • Create closure so you’re not dragging the past forward

  • Practice choosing authenticity over familiarity

Outcome:
You stop trying to win a game that no longer fits.

PHASE 5: Rebuilding — Entering Thriving Mode (Weeks 13–15)

Learning how to play from safety, clarity, and self-trust

Now the new mode unlocks.

In this phase, you’ll:

  • Define what “thriving” actually means for you

  • Build self-trust as a repeatable skill

  • Practice making decisions without overthinking

  • Experience joy, creativity, and momentum without burnout

Outcome:
Life starts to feel lighter and more intentional.

PHASE 6: Integration — Playing the Long Game (Weeks 16–18)

Making Thriving Mode sustainable

Thriving isn’t a high, it’s a way of playing.

In the final phase, you’ll:

  • Integrate what you’ve learned into daily life

  • Create personal systems that support long-term stability

  • Learn how to return to Thriving Mode when stress hits

  • Leave with tools you can use during future transitions

Outcome:
You know how to navigate the game, even when the terrain changes.

Is This For You?

Love at the Threshold is for you if:

• You’ve been living in Survival Mode for a long time: always bracing, coping, pushing through, or “getting by,” even when things look fine on the outside.

• You’re in a major life transition and feel between versions of yourself: grief, burnout, identity shifts, career or relationship changes, or a quiet inner awakening where the old way no longer fits.

• You’re self-aware but stuck: you know something isn’t working, but you don’t want to blow up your life to fix it. You want guidance and structure without pressure, rigidity, or hustle culture.

• You’re ready to learn how to play the game of life differently: craving peace, safety, and self-trust more than productivity, and open to a slow, sustainable shift into Thriving Mode, even if you don’t know exactly what that looks like yet.

"Rachelle did a second Reiki session and card pull for me on Sunday. I can’t begin to understand how this is but she was spot on with my feelings and emotions about my life at this point. Getting to know her this past year has been an honor and a blessing. I’m taking her thoughts and words to heart as I continue on my life’s journey. Thank you Rachelle!"

Laura Artwohl

"Thank you Rachelle Croston for the amazing Reiki/Oracle card session last night. What an absolutely perfect way to end a busy day! My intentions have been to let my ego mind take more of a backseat and as soon as Rachelle began the Reiki portion of the session I was in a deep meditative state and feeling fully into my soul. Both aspects of the session offered helpful guidance and magical synchronisities. Rachelle gave me the advice to lead with my heart. She was the 2nd person to give me that advice yesterday so I will take it as a definite sign! Rachelle was so easy and fun to talk to. Thank you for the transformative experience!!"

Aveyah

"Wow… I just wrapped up my session with Rachelle and I’m honestly blown away.

After doing reiki on my chakras, she boldly asked me a very direct, specific and poignant question that I wasn’t expecting at all. It felt so “out of the blue" given I hadn’t brought that up specifically, that it even took me a second to really let it land. She was clearly tuning into something deeper that was present. It was powerful.

That moment opened the floodgates for the rest of our session to unfold and reveal loving insight and shifts in perspective. Her reflections were incredibly supportive, heart-driven and easy to receive and digest. I left our session feeling greater internal harmony within myself, more love and far more spaciousness in an area that I hadn’t been paying much attention to (but that was clearly asking for it).

I’m so grateful for Rachelle and the heart, compassion and leadership she brings into her service, it’s truly a gift to receive from her!

Thank you, Rachelle! You are such a gem, angel!"
