Rei is a certified life coach and Reiki Master who helps people move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, connected, and thriving way of living.
For many years, Rei lived in a constant state of emotional exhaustion, cycling through depression, numbness, and the pressure to be “high-functioning” while quietly falling apart inside. She learned how to survive, how to perform, how to keep going but not how to feel truly present, safe, or alive. On the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, she felt disconnected from herself and unsure how to bridge the gap between who she was and who she knew she could become.
Everything shifted when she stopped trying to fix herself and instead learned how to work with her nervous system, emotions, and inner world. Through grounded self-love practices, Reiki energy healing, and body-led transformation, Rei discovered that thriving doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from learning how to play life differently.
Today, Rei supports people navigating burnout, grief, identity shifts, and major life transitions. At the heart of her work is a simple truth: you’re not broken, you’re just stuck in a mode that once helped you survive. Rei teaches people how to play the game of life in a way that feels safer, more sustainable, and actually enjoyable, rather than constantly fighting invisible battles.
